The Role

We now have a vacancy for an experienced Marketing Assistant who will report to the Partner responsible for marketing.

We are looking for a person who can handle all our marketing activities and is able to contribute ideas to develop new strategies to help in the growth of the business.

Qualifications

Professional marketing qualifications would be ideal but we are also interested to hear from candidates with relevant experience.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

The Marketing Assistant’s role is to implement marketing strategies and activities to meet the firm's business objectives and would include:

  • Supporting with the launch of our new brand
  • Work with Partner and Expertise Heads to develop strategy and implement marketing plans in line with business objectives
  • Overseeing marketing campaigns to promote services and products
  • Monitor, review and report on marketing activity and results
  • Liaising with our PR company to promote the business
  • Deliver the firms social media and digital marketing activity
  • Producing multimedia content
  • Supporting marketing events to promote services
  • Updating and using a marketing CRM database
  • Conducting research and analysis to identify and target key audiences
  • Ensure the firm’s branding is maintained and communicated effectively

Office: Kidlington

Reporting to: Business Partner

Full time: Monday to Friday 9.00-5.00pm although we are able to offer flexible working.

Salary and Benefits: Depending on experience £25,000- £30,000.
