Torunn joined Pearn Kandola's Dublin practice in 2007. She holds an MBA from INSEAD, France and holds Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing in levels A and B, Torunn is working towards achieving chartered status as a Business Psychologist.

Prior to joining Pearn Kandola, Torunn worked with several international professional services firms across Europe, Asia and Latin America. More recently, she has worked as a freelance consultant with the Irish Public Appointments Service, where she was responsible for monitoring the fair and effective recruitment of employees to large public sector organisations, and the Anti-Bullying Research and Resource Centre, where she performed research and undertook bullying/harassment impact assessments.
