Torunn joined Pearn Kandola’s Dublin practice in 2007. She holds an MBA from INSEAD, France and is currently completing an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck College, London. Holding Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing in levels A and B, Torunn is working towards achieving chartered status as an Occupational Psychologist.

Prior to joining Pearn Kandola, Torunn worked with several international professional services firms across Europe, Asia and Latin America. More recently, she has worked as a freelance consultant with the Irish Public Appointments Service, where she was responsible for monitoring the fair and effective recruitment of employees to large public sector organisations, and the Anti-Bullying Research and Resource Centre, where she performed research and undertook bullying/harassment impact assessments.
