LEADERSHIP IMPACT
uses the proven ASSET framework of key
stressors and strains to structure feedback
on resilience specifically in relation to
leadership. Leaders complete an online
questionnaire and receive their report by
email. The feedback is designed specifically
for senior managers, concentrating on
providing insights and avoiding unecessary
information.
The LEADERSHIP
IMPACT report contains the following
sections:

impact of your leadership style: keeping
pressure positive within your team deals
with the impact that the leader has on
others in the space around him/her. It
explores the positive aspects of strengths,
but also how strengths can sometimes become
risks as well as revealing general risks
inherent in the leader's natural style.
Your personal
resilience:keeping pressure positive for
yourself looks at the leader's likely
strengths and possible development needs in
terms of his/her natural responses to
pressure. It encourages the leader to fex
their style to increase resilience levels.
Provides high impact
development advice which is designed so that
learning becomes effectively embedded after
reading the report. The focus here is on two
core aspects of personal resilience and
effectiveness: positive thinking and
mastering time.
