Steve has a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck College, University of London and holds Level A and Level B certification in Psychological Testing. He is currently working toward Chartership as an Occupational Psychologist.

As a consultant, Steve has worked on assessment and development interventions with candidates at all hierarchical levels. These include psychometric evaluation, training and mentoring of high potential employees. He has managed major projects across multiple markets (EMEA and World-wide) for clients including IBM, Kraft International and Motorola, successfully maintaining the integrity of central principles and methodologies and ensuring local relevance and application.

Steve is British by nationality and is bilingual English-French having lived and worked in France for 8 years.
