Robert is a member of Pearn Kandola’s team of Psychologists working in the USA. He has over 20 years experience in executive selection, assessment, executive coaching and management consultation.
Robert has worked on a number of consultancy projects in the fields of developmental and selection assessment across a range of industries. He has extensive leadership development experience, in particular of performing developmental assessments to help managers and senior executives assess their skills to plan for their future development.
He has a PhD in Clinical Psychology from St. Louis University, is a member of the American Psychological Association and has been a fellow of the Connecticut Psychological Association for 10 years.
