Maybe your current way of doing things isn’t working, or perhaps it’s just old hat. You might be looking for a different approach to develop great leaders, hold on to your people or tap into their creativity. Whatever your critical business issues, Pearn Kandola has a powerful solution that gives you a fresh take.

Our Research Panels are for leaders not followers. We run them for organisations who understand that competitiveness is about finding better ways to motivate and engage employees. They’re ready to embrace change and new thinking but want to do it in a way that fits their business and minimises risk.

As innovators panel members aren’t interested in stock answers. They want to shape the direction of the research, probing the aspects that matter most to them, and get timely and meaningful information they can put into practice.

The panels work like this. As a member you’ll be one of up to ten organisations who meet face-to-face three or four times to explore a topic of common interest. Pearn Kandola provides the psychological insight, based on our research and consultancy expertise and data. You’ll also be working alongside your peers – some of the brightest professional minds, keen to give input and advice based on their own experience.

First Pearn Kandola carries out an extensive review of the topic and reports back with a summary of the aspects most relevant to members. Stage two delivers tailored research to strengthen your understanding of specifics.

We support you throughout the project, interpreting the information and clarifying its implications, to give you recommendations you can act on.

Around 30 organisations have taken part in Research Panels since 2001 – all leading names in their fields. Some used the findings to build a business case; for others it was a springboard to get new approaches off the ground. They made progress in areas like inclusion, age bias in assessment practices, entrepreneurship, safety behaviour, and identifying leadership potential. And like most things, the more they put in, the more they got out.
