Assessment, Development & Diversity specialist
Louise is a Chartered Business Psychologist with over 10 years professional experience. After graduating with her first degree in Psychology she completed a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology from the Institute of Work Psychology at the University of Sheffield. She joined Pearn Kandola in 2006, having previously worked in consultancy and psychometric test publishing. A member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), including the Division of Occupational and Special Group in Coaching, Louise has presented at the BPS Annual conference and the BPS Coaching conference.
Specialising in assessment and development, Louise has led the design and delivery of a number of high profile recruitment and senior development projects for clients including Eversheds, Barclays, Janssen, British Airways and RSA. She has also managed global projects for Total and Hays Recruitment. An experienced diversity practitioner, in addition to ensuring that her assessment and development projects benefit from the latest diversity thinking, she designs and delivers training on a wide range of diversity topics including unconscious bias, cross-cultural working and remote working.
Louise has a particular passion for coaching and holds a Professional Development Certificate in Executive Coaching from The Institute of Coaching and Consulting Psychology. She has particular experience in helping individuals' transition into leadership positions and developing their potential in these roles.
