Linda Bullen joined Pearn Kandola’s team of Psychologists in 2008. She is a chartered occupational psychologist and an associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She graduated with a Masters degree in occupational psychology from London Guildhall in 1995. Linda then went on to work in PricewaterhouseCoopers and Chevron as an internal organisational and management development specialist, managing projects across the EMEA region.
Linda led a number of significant projects including the partner admissions process for PwC; the first European Leadership Development programme for Chevron; implementation of 360 degree feedback and coaching for the management of the Chevron-Saudi Oil joint venture; consulting on the Talent Management strategy for PwC; cultural change to support new branding; and management development and executive coaching.
As a consultant Linda has worked with clients such as BP, Barclays, National Grid, and Department for Transport in which she has run assessment and development projects facilitated leadership teams and worked as an executive coach.
