Graduating with a degree in Experimental Psychology from Oxford University and Masters in Applied Psychology from Cranfield Institute of Technology, Laura is able to apply a strong academic mind to a wide range of business and HR challenges. She is a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and holds both Level A and Level B Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing.
Before joining Pearn Kandola in 2013, Laura gained extensive consultancy experience delivering selection and assessment systems, performance management, leadership and organisational development programmes to a wide range of organisations within finance, government, construction, transport, professional services and charity sectors. This included clients such as Abu Dhabi Government, Bayer, British Airways, European Central Bank, Hewitt Associates, Lord Chancellor's Department, McAlpine, Menzies Aviation, National Trust, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Sellafield.
Laura has a particularly strong insight into the challenges of managing a business having co-directed an environmental consultancy business for ten years. This enables her to understand better the needs of her clients and identify practical solutions to help them achieve high business performance.
