Kathy works with Pearn Kandola as a consultant specialising in development and leadership projects. Her professional experience includes extensive cross cultural and cross functional development initiatives; her current focus is in performance improvement, leadership development and coaching at the individual and team level across a broad range of sectors.

Previously, Kathy was Global Head of Leadership Development with Hays where she was responsible for developing and leading the Group leadership development initiatives, initiating a robust 12-month programme for the top 300 managers. Prior to that, she was Director of Global Learning & Development for Thomson Scientific (now Thomson Reuters) with responsibility for developing a global learning and development function for the organisation's international workforce of 3,000 employees winning two HR awards for her work there.

Kathy's other roles have included establishing the European Learning & Development function for Parametric Technology Corporation, and Director of International Training for ExecuTrain. She is a regular conference speaker, specialising in pragmatic and innovative approaches to a variety of learning & development and business issues.
