Jonathan is a Business Psychologist with Pearn Kandola in Oxford. He has
a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology, both from
University of London. A member of the British Psychological Society,
Jonathan has achieved Chartered status with the Division of Occupational
Psychology and holds Level A and Level B certification in Psychological
Testing.
Since joining Pearn Kandola in 2007 Jonathan has project-managed
numerous high profile projects with a range of blue chip companies
(including AXA UK, Johnson & Johnson) and private sector organisations
(for example, Department for Work and Pensions, NHS). He has also worked
on assessment, development and diversity projects for clients including
PwC, Eversheds, Council of Europe, Greater London Authority, Total and
BBC.
Prior to joining, he has worked as a business psychology consultant,
executive assessment specialist and a recruitment advisor for a large
retail organisation.
Jonathan's speciality lies in the field of selection and assessment,
having run multiple projects designed to identify talent at a range of
levels. Jonathan also has extensive experience of developing people to
thrive in an organisation and has conducted research into how leadership
and culture can play their part in motivating and developing
individuals.
