Jonathan has recently joined Pearn Kandola as a business psychologist. Prior to joining, Jonathan worked for Human Assets Ltd providing business psychology consultancy to a range of blue-chip, public sector and not-for-profit companies. He has also worked as a Psychologist for Whitehead Mann providing executive assessment and as a Recruitment Advisor for HMV UK Ltd overseeing the company’s recruitment activity and graduate assessment.

Jonathan’s specific expertise lies in the field of selection and assessment, having run multiple projects designed to identify talent at a range of levels. Jonathan also has experience of developing people to thrive in an organisation and has conducted research into how leadership and culture can play their part in motivating and developing individuals.

He has a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology, both from Goldsmiths College, University of London. Jonathan is a member of the British Psychological Society, holds Level A and Level B certification in Psychological Testing, and is working on the final stages towards becoming a Chartered Occupational Psychologist.
