John joined Pearn Kandola’s Dublin practice in 1999, where he advised many leading Irish and European organisations on a range of people and performance issues. His client portfolio includes global companies such as KPMG, PwC, Lloyds TSB and Google, as well as public sector organisations such as the European Central Bank and the Irish Health Service Executive.

Since 2005, John has been the project manager of a management development programme for Microsoft (EMEA), attended by more than 250 managers and which addressed a range of competencies including people management, organisational change and cross group collaboration. The programme has been met with great success and is now being rolled out in Germany, France and the UK.

John has also been extensively involved in a number of programmes supporting the reform of the Irish Health Service, focusing on managing diversity and leadership.

John is an accomplished coach with relationships in place with a broad cross section of professional services sectors, including firms in accountancy, corporate banking, marketing and law. He is an adjunct lecturer with Dublin City University where he leads modules on organisational change, cross cultural HRM and corporate leadership with executive MBS students.
