Jennifer joined Pearn Kandola’s team of Psychologists working in the USA in 2007. Specialising in assessment, development and coaching, she has more than 25 years experience coaching executives and managers in major corporations.
She has worked with major companies across the US including AT&T, JCPenney and Merrill Lynch, where she became Vice President of Human Resources Planning and Research. In this role her work involved the assessment and selection of account executives, performance management and survey research in addition to working with senior executive teams to help them meet the leadership challenges arising from increased competition and change.
Jennifer was awarded a doctorate in Industrial Psychology from New York University, where she received special recognition for her work on organisational stress and its impact on health and productivity. Prior to this she studied for her Psychology degree at London University. She is a past president of the New York Human Resource Planners and is a member of the American Psychological Association and The Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychologists.
