The panels work like this. As a member you’ll be one of up to ten organisations who meet face-to-face three or four times to explore a topic of common interest. Pearn Kandola provides the psychological insight, based on our research and consultancy expertise and data. You’ll also be working alongside your peers – some of the brightest professional minds, keen to give input and advice based on their own experience.
First Pearn Kandola carries out an extensive review of the topic and reports back with a summary of the aspects most relevant to members. Stage two delivers tailored research to strengthen your understanding of specifics.
We support you throughout the project, interpreting the information and clarifying its implications, to give you recommendations you can act on.
Around 30 organisations have taken part in Research Panels since 2001 – all leading names in their fields. Some used the findings to build a business case; for others it was a springboard to get new approaches off the ground. They made progress in areas like inclusion, age bias in assessment practices, entrepreneurship, safety behaviour, and identifying leadership potential. And like most things, the more they put in, the more they got out.
