Emma leads Pearn Kandola's Paris office and has been based in France for
the past 3 years, after 7 years in PK's Oxford and Dublin offices. She
offers substantial expertise to her clients in the areas of learning and
development and managing diversity.
Over the years she has partnered with client organisations across almost
all sectors; legal, finance, not-for-profit, energy, construction,
non-governmental. She has also been lucky enough to work across the
globe and with people from a rich blend of nationalities.
Emma works best as part of a team and so puts emphasis on building
strong, reciprocal relationships with her clients. Giving useful advice
and support based on a solid understanding of the organisation, is what
motivates her.
With this approach Emma has worked with more than 60 organisations in
her time with Pearn Kandola and has delivered a wide range of projects
for them, including diversity strategy development, well-being audits,
cultural intelligence training, management development, diversity skills
programmes, mediator training, and cross-cultural assessments.
As an experienced and bilingual coach, she has also supported people
from graduates to senior business leaders, to overcome obstacles and
maximise their performance. Emma uses her insight as a psychologist to
enable people to take a different look at the way that they work and how
their thinking plays into this. She also brings a healthy dose of common
sense to help people develop goals and plans that can work alongside the
rest of their lives.
