The Mirror is an innovative training workshop designed to examine that trickiest of subjects – our biases and prejudices.

The workshop is based on the psychological literature on bias and our own research. We use the latest technology and simulating training methods to look at bias in a way that is constructive, engaging and informative. Through this open exploration of bias, participants are encouraged to recognise their personal biases and the impact that these have on the organisational environment they create around them.  

Having explored what bias is and how it operates, the Mirror then goes on to tell you how it can be reduced, if not eliminated.
