Executive and leadership diversity coaching
The role of leaders in championing diversity requires a particular set of skills that in some instances may require support and guidance to fully develop. Our executive coaches will help to diagnose specific areas for development and work with leaders in honing these skills to maximum effect. Being an ambassador of diversity who can see the concept, engage people, influence dissenters and demonstrate personal commitment brings tremendous benefits and is a major step towards integrating diversity into the way an organisation does things.
We also provide one-to-one coaching for leaders and employers whose behavior has not been in line with your organisation’s diversity and inclusion values. Our diversity and inclusion coaching contracts, typically cover one-to-one coaching over a period of approximately six months in order to review and support ongoing behaviour change.
