At Pearn Kandola we take our responsibility to the wider community in
which we work seriously. Working closely with the British Psychological
Society we seek to actively promote Occupational Psychology as an
exciting and challenging career as well as supporting student
placements and sponsored projects within our practice.
In addition to charitable fund raising, our psychologists work with a
great many local and national charities and voluntary bodies, often in
their own time, to develop the skills and expertise of both the staff
and volunteers working in these organisations and to help disadvantaged
individuals and young people realise and achieve their life goals. For
more information on some of our recent activities view the links below.
MOSAIC - A Business in the Community initiative to offer a helping hand
to Muslim communities in deprived areas of Britain.
BUSINESS ACTION ON HOMELESS - A national campaign run by Business in the
Community giving homeless people the confidence and skills to re-enter
the job market.
