Ceri is a Business Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience in assessment, management development, coaching, facilitation and organisational learning. Ceri works at senior level across public and private sectors - from NHS Trust CEOs to Global R&D Directors and from Permanent Secretaries to PLC main boards.
As well as individual coaching and senior team work, Ceri has a reputation for assessment and development system design that has been developed through successful delivery of very challenging projects; projects where deep understanding of the individual and the organisational context were essential.
