Our CareerPath Coaching solution helps individuals to look at their skills, strengths and opportunities for personal and professional change, in order to inform their decision about the next step along their career path. The service will provide a valuable source of immediate and practical support, focusing on areas that are important to the individual. CareerPath is a tailored and flexible career coaching service that is available to:
- Individuals who need to need to stop, take stock and consider the next step along their career path
- Organisations going through change who need to support their staff in the transition
We offer a flexible and wide-ranging menu of options:
We use a suite of powerful diagnostic psychometrics in order to identify individual management and leadership styles, team style preferences and individual strengths and risk areas, to both raise awareness and inform the CareerPath Coaching process.
As part of this unit, cochees will receive an individual report which details their leadership style using our unique RADAR model.
As coaching psychologists we have a deep understanding of people. Our career coaching heightens individual self-awareness in order to focus thinking about the future. Using a positive and strengths based approach, it helps coachees to enhance their potential as well as think through how to overcome any blockers that inhibit career progression.
These one hour sessions can be conducted in the way which is most convenient for the coachee; including face to face (at our Oxford office), via telephone or via web cam.
All of our psychologists are experienced interviewers. We also hold a vast bank of competency based interview questions, which we can use to recreate individual interviews, based on specific circumstances.
This hour long session will allow coachees to practise their interview responses and gain feedback on their performance at interview. This session will also allow time to rerun parts of the interview again using real-time feedback to focus coachee responses.
CareerMap is a technique that will enable individuals to explore the highs and lows of their career. It is particularly helpful in providing a stronger and clearer sense of career direction and will help them to focus on what is of greatest important for them and their next role.
Starting CareerPath
We know that it is important to map out the CareerPath journey - whether they are hopes, expectations, goals or tangible outcomes - in a way that suits each individual's circumstances. Therefore, before they start on the CareerPath, coachees will receive a telephone consultation to help choose the options that best meets their needs.
Our flexible coaching approach allows you to buy any of these options. The most popular and cost effective way is in a block of three, for example:
