Stephan Lucks is a Managing Psychologist at Pearn Kandola with a background in assessment and management development. He graduated from Cranfield Institute of Technology with a Masters degree in Applied Psychology in 1993, and before joining Pearn Kandola in 2000, worked at Deloitte as a specialist in management development. He is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and a member of the British Psychological Society.
Stephan has a broad role in Pearn Kandola, working in both the assessment and development arena. Clients he has worked for include Sara Lee, The Cabinet Office, BP, Department for Work and Pensions, NHS, Department for International Development, Infineum and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has project managed the design and implementation of selection solutions for the NHS and the Department for Work and Pensions, as well as the design and implementation of development events and specific skills development modules at a range of management levels for organisations including BP and Infineum. More recently, Stephan led a team of psychologists in the design and delivery of a talent management review process for a multinational organisation to identify their potential leaders of the future.
Stephan has wide ranging experience in management development, facilitation and coaching which he frequently uses in personal development processes both nationally and internationally. A regular contributor to the HR press and an experienced conference speaker, Stephan is also a co-editor of Selection and Development Review.
