Sarah joined Pearn Kandola in 2006 and works mainly in the areas of generalist human resources, diversity and assessment in addition to being responsible for all human resource issues in both the Oxford and Dublin offices. Sarah is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Prior to joining Pearn Kandola Sarah worked in the diversity arena in both public and private sector.
Sarah's roles, whilst previously working for a Constabulary, included moving the diversity agenda forward and undertaking a key role within leadership development. Also whilst employed at Sainsbury's Sarah was HR Manager for single and multi-site operations as well as providing coaching to the Retail and HR Leadership teams with regard to resourcing, strategies for attraction and selection and retention issues.
