Sally Joined Pearn Kandola in 2006 after completing both a Degree in Psychology and a Masters in Occupational Psychology at Goldsmiths College, University of London. Sally Holds a Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing (Level A) and is currently working towards achieving chartered status as an occupational psychologist.

Prior to joining Pearn Kandola Sally worked as an Employment Advisor for the Department for Education and Employment, assisting the long term unemployed into work or further training.

Sally has conducted research in the areas of effects of disclosure on continuing to work with, and return to work after cancer treatment; the problems associated with cross race eye witness testimony and is currently undertaking research in the area of Motivated Well being at work.

Since joining Pearn Kandola Sally has been involved in a number of projects in the areas of training for development purposes and diversity. She has worked with a varied set of public and private sector clients including 3i, Manchester Airport Group and Thames Valley Police. Specific areas of interest include Diversity and Motivated Well-being.
