Paula joined Pearn Kandola in 2002. She has a Degree in Psychology from the University of Warwick, a Masters in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham and has just completed her Chartership. She holds Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing (Levels A and B).
Paula works across all work streams at Pearn Kandola with a focus on development, diversity and stress management. Most recently she has been involved in assessment and development work identifying Director talent within a professional services organisation. Indeed she has also designed and delivered a number of development centre and training initiatives for a mix of private and public sector organisations. Paula's diversity experience ranges from designing and delivering awareness training and tailored development centres focusing on behaviours required to manage diversity effectively to participation in gender equality scheme consultation and action planning. Paula also leads stress management programmes and has presented at the British Psychological Society's Division of Occupational Psychology conference on confidence in the workplace.
