Paul joined Pearn Kandola in 2002 after completing his Masters in Organisational Psychology from UMIST. Paul is a chartered occupational psychologist and a member of the British Psychological Society. He holds Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing in Levels A and B (intermediate plus). Whilst at Pearn Kandola Paul has worked on assessment, development and diversity projects for clients including Hertfordshire Constabulary, Royal Mail, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, PwC and BT.

Paul has played a pivotal role in designing and developing assessment and development events for a range of blue chip clients. He project manages a variety of assignments and has recently designed and implemented development centres for BT, conducted an employee engagement investigation for PwC and delivered assessor training for the NHS. His areas of interest include employee engagement, change management and leadership development.

Paul has produced a theoretical approach to employee engagement and uses this information to guide the practical work which he is involved in. He has produced a number of articles around capitalising on employee engagement, most recently contributing to a book publication on the subject.
