Neil joined Pearn Kandola in 2007 from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he
worked as a Senior Manager within Learning and Development. Neil's area
of focus within PwC was that of Leadership Development. Neil was
responsible for introducing a number of initiatives into PwC Dublin and
Sydney that sought to identify and accelerate the development of high
potentials within the firm. Prior to this, Neil worked for SHL in both
Dublin and Sydney. Whilst in Dublin, Neil worked on a wide range of
assessment and development initiatives with both public and private
sector clients. Neil has a Degree in Psychology from University College
Dublin and Postgraduate Certificate in Occupational Psychology from the
British Psychological Society (BPS).
Neil also has a postgraduate Diploma in Business Studies and a Masters
in Business Studies specializing in Management and Organizational
Studies both from University College Dublin. Neil is a member of the
British Psychological Society Division of Occupational and
Organizational Psychology and Division of Sports and Exercise
Psychology.
