Louise is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. She joined Pearn Kandola in 2006 from Psychological Consultancy Ltd, before which she completed her MSc in Occupational Psychologist at the University of Sheffield.

Whilst at Pearn Kandola, she has worked on assessment, development and diversity projects for a range of clients across both the public and private sector including BT, PWC, Axa, Total, BP and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Her specific areas of interest include leadership development and coaching.

Louise is a member of the British Psychologist Society, including the Division of Occupational and Special Group in Coaching. Louise holds a Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing (Levels A and B)
