Johanna is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Managing Partner of Pearn Kandola’s Dublin practice. She has worked with Pearn Kandola since 1991 and set up the Dublin office in 1995. Her areas of specialisation are diversity and the fair assessment and development of people at work.

Johanna is an experienced leadership coach with an international range of clients, including Wyeth, Lloyds TSB, Microsoft, Mercer and Sara Lee. Her consultancy expertise also includes the development of selection, development and promotion processes for many of Ireland’s leading public and private sector organisations.

The co-author of the award winning book Managing the Mosaic: Diversity in Action and Managing Diversity in Ireland, Johanna is particularly interested in the strategic implementation of an inclusive and integrated approach to the management of diversity within organisations . She played a key role in developing Tools for Managing Diversity, a diversity toolkit published by the CIPD as well as Pearn Kandola’s Diversity Climate Questionnaire.
