Holly joined Pearn Kandola in 2006. She has a degree in Psychology from the University of Sussex and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Cardiff University where she conducted research into the relationship between job embeddedness and organisational citizenship behaviours.
Prior to joining Pearn Kandola Holly worked for JCA (Occupational Psychologists) Ltd where she was involved in various projects in the areas of assessment and development. At Pearn Kandola she is involved in projects for clients such as Cisco, BT and NHS.
Holly is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society and is working towards achieving chartered status. She holds Level A and Level B certificates of competence in occupational testing and is also a member of the Division of Occupational Psychology Training and Development Sub-Committee.
