Emma is a Managing Psychologist in Pearn Kandola's France office. Her areas of expertise include Diversity strategy, bias and modern prejudice, and leadership coaching. Emma completed her Masters degree at UMIST looking at stress, communication and e-mail for her dissertation topic. Prior to this she studied for her undergraduate degree at The University of Hull, during which she was engaged on a research scholarship. Before joining Pearn Kandola in 2001, Emma worked as a consultant with Robertson Cooper Ltd, where she worked in the areas of stress management, assessment and work life balance.
Emma's key clients include Total, the European Space Agency, The Environment Agency, Allied Irish Bank & First Trust Bank and SEGRO. She has worked on a range of projects for these and other clients including diversity strategy development, cultural intelligence seminars, design and delivery of diversity skills programmes, mediator training, cross-cultural assessment for postings. Emma is also an experienced coach and has worked with companies such as Sara Lee France, PwC, ING, KPMG, Wyeth Biopharma and BP to coach and develop people from graduate level to business leaders. She has also designed and delivered senior management development programmes and Fair Recruitment toolkits.
