Clair joined Pearn Kandola in 2006 and is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society. She is working towards achieving Chartered status as an Occupational Psychologist and is registered as competent in Occupational Testing (Levels A & B).

Previously, Clair worked at the Learning and Skills Council and, in collaboration with the University of Surrey, she was involved in extensive research into skill shortage areas and gender segregation, including what influences perceptions and decisions.

Clair’s consulting experience includes Private and Public sector organisations, in particular, working with individuals and teams utilising various techniques including psychometrics for assessment to facilitate their development. At Pearn Kandola, she continues to contribute to various projects in the areas of Assessment, Development and Diversity.

Clair has been involved in diagnostic work with Eversheds, Barclays Wealth, Transport for London, NFU Mutual, then following the consultation process through with design work-such as that with the Yorkshire Water Diversity programme, exercise design for HBOS, policy writing with TfL, delivery with the Foreign Commonwealth Office, Manchester Airport Group, NFU Mutual, and finally, evaluation and validation processes with BT, 3i, Environment Agency and PwC.
