Ceri is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience in assessment, management development, coaching, facilitation and organisational learning. Ceri works at senior level across public and private sectors - from NHS Trust CEOs to Global R&D Directors and from Permanent Secretaries to PLC main boards.

As well as individual coaching and senior team work, Ceri has a reputation for assessment and development system design that has been developed through successful delivery of very challenging projects; projects where deep understanding of the individual and the organisational context were essential. Ceri’s driving interest is what makes individuals, teams and businesses ‘tick’. His coaching - and indeed all his work focuses on the pragmatics of making people and businesses perform better.

He leads the Pearn Kandola Assessment business, is a regular press commentator and writes/presents regularly on assessment and leadership issues. He is a member of the editorial team of Selection and Development Review and co author of Organisational Learning in Practice.
