Catherine joined Pearn Kandola in 2002 from KPMG Consulting, where she worked as a consultant on a number of large public sector HR projects including a training needs analysis for the Department of Arts, and an audit of the personnel function and HR strategy development for the Department of the Environment and Local Government. Catherine is a Scholar of Trinity College Dublin, where she obtained her degree in Psychology. She has a Masters in Occupational Psychology from Queen’s University, Belfast and is currently working towards obtaining Chartered Occupational Psychologist status with the British Psychological Society.

At Pearn Kandola, Catherine works across all of our areas of practice, with a particular focus on diversity, well-being and development. Catherine is a regular conference speaker on the management of diversity and her experience includes project management of diversity audits for clients such as the European Central Bank, Bank of Ireland and Meteor. She also delivers diversity awareness training to range of private and public sector clients. Catherine’s work in the area of development has involved designing and working as a coach on management development programmes for clients including Sara Lee International, Microsoft, KPMG and PwC. Catherine has project managed the design and delivery of a higher flier development programme for eircom. Catherine is currently researching and writing a book which will explore current trends at an organisational and individual level in relation to managing diversity.
