Amanda joined Pearn Kandola in Oxford in 2002. She is now based in USA and works mainly in the areas of generalist human resources, diversity and assessment. Amanda is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing (Levels A and B). Prior to joining Pearn Kandola Amanda was the human resources manager for the London tax practice of Deloitte.
Amanda has worked on a number of consultancy projects in the fields of assessment and diversity for a number of UK and Irish public and private sector organisations including the Royal Mail, Department of Work and Pensions, Brunel University and AIB. Her interests lie in employment law and diversity.
